This is a hybrid role that will join our team with a mission of building relationships with customers and potential customers across our service channels, on social media, and within the cast iron community. You will represent and embody the Field brand with a focus on understanding customer needs, answering their questions, and recommending the right solutions.

All of our current products are firmly rooted in culinary adventures both at home and outdoors — we're looking for individuals to join our team who share our passion for these adventures. 

This role is based in Brooklyn, NY at our HQ in DUMBO.
 

Role:
*Deliver above-and-beyond customer service across email, telephone, real-time chat, and social
*Coordinate with other team members and develop a deep understanding of our processes and operations in order to resolve issues for customers
*Engage with our online community as well as the larger cast iron community
*Provide input to our marketing team to assist in creating engaging social media content
*Develop keen insights into our customer personas and communicate your findings to the team 
*Cultivate relationships with potential influencer and brand partners


Qualifications:
*At least 1 year experience in customer service, social media marketing, or related role
*A passion for food and an eagerness to become an expert in cast iron cooking, seasoning techniques, and the Field Company lineup of products and accessories 
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
*Ability to work autonomously and be resourceful
*A friendly and upbeat attitude! 

 

Compensation this position is : salaried, varies DOE, $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 Application instructions
