Position Summary:

Real Good Fish is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Member Services Representative.  This individual should have extensive experience in customer relations, Experience or demonstrated interest in sales or marketing is a bonus.

Position Responsibilities:

· Customer service with Real Good Fish members and partners. Responding to comments, concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner. This includes working closely with partner site hosts. 

· Manage member and customer accounts.

· Daily member account management through our CRM online platform.

· Troubleshoot and provide solutions for a variety of requests and circumstances.

· Assist with website, social media, blog, promotions, and newsletter content development.

· Work with other members and departments to set and achieve company goals. 

· Actively seek opportunities with partners, community organizations, and events.

· Flexibility and willingness to learn, take initiative on projects, and see them through to fruition.

· Most importantly share your enthusiasm for the ocean, seafood, fish, and food!
