Job description Assistant Floor Manager: Looking for an energetic, organized person to help lead our operations team at a shellfish wholesaling company. This position works under and directly with our Operations and Floor Managers. 

Job responsibilities include: 

 
-Ability to identify and distinguish 50+ varieties of oysters
-Ability to pack/ship multiple requested orders throughout shift
-Facilitate shipping and receiving logistics within warehouse atmosphere

-Train employees on procedure

-Communicate with sales team on same day and future operations

-Identify problems/formulate solutions in procedure

-Delegate packing/receiving responsibilities when necessary

-Operate within necessary computer programs (Excel, Quickbooks, Bartender)

-Conduct general and one-on-one meetings with floor employees

-Basic customer service

-Lift 50+ lbs without issue
