The assistant will be involved in all aspects of vegetable and fruit crop production.  Tasks include field preparation, seeding plants, transplanting in the field, mulching, mowing, weeding, pruning, trenching, watering, fertilizing, etc.  In addition to field and greenhouse tasks the assistant will also help with harvest, packing and market and CSA preparations. We will mentor and train in growing produce, bee-keeping, sheep raising, etc.  Experience is welcome. Housing and board is provided. You will require a car to get to any shopping or amenities.
