We are looking for a full time, year round, very organized and accurate administrative/accounting assistant who will assist with administrative and bookkeeping functions for our farmers markets. This role will include data entry in spreadsheets, invoicing our vendors, community groups and artisans weekly/monthly, bundling market currencies, counting currencies returned from markets, tracking vendors' attendance and late payments, invoicing our vendors weekly, and various other office and bookkeeping tasks.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Invoice vendors, community groups and artisans weekly/monthly
- Process and organize currency going to and from each of our weekly markets
- Process all vendor fee bags returned from market - separating and categorizing market currencies, recording same
- Data entry into spreadsheets
- Assist with mailing vendor statements, filing, etc.
- Check mail and phone messages
- Prepare weekly bank deposits & take same to bank during market season
- Create and maintain spreadsheet to track late fee bags of our vendors
Requirements/Qualifications:

- Ability to successfully multitask and/or quickly transition from task to task.

- Can complete tasks by scheduled deadlines
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online a plus
