Cuisinart® Sales Specialist
Cuisinart® Sales Specialists work nationwide within retail locations. The Sales Specialist plays a vital role in educating consumers by discussing and demonstrating the features and benefits of our products, building brand awareness, and successfully promoting our products.
Open Position: Bloomingdale’s, Norwalk CT. Thursday 2pm – 6pm, Saturday, 12 noon – 4 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include training store staff, engaging and educating customers, and driving sales by highlighting the features and benefits of Cuisinart products.
- Ensure the correct products are in the store. Organize and straighten merchandise, fill in stock and check that all pricing and signage is accurate.
- Product demonstration on Saturday, Sales Support on Thursday.
- Potential attendance at an in-store bridal registry event to share information regarding Cuisinart’s bridal bonus offers and encourage the couples to register for Cuisinart products.
- Must be primarily available to work a 4-hour shift. Extra special event work might be available within the territory.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Customer service, retail sales and demo experience desired.
- Familiar with food prep techniques using kitchen electrics and cookware.
- Skilled at using a smart phone to take important photos during the visit to include with a follow up store report.
- Must be able to work a 4-hour shift standing with appropriate breaks during the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry items under 20 lbs for demo’s, merchandising and restocking.
