Job description One thing that makes our product so unique is our hand-packaged, cultured butter rounds! We need positive, dexterous, and efficient individuals to help package our single-serve butter pats for foodservice and our 5 oz butter rounds that are sold in both small box and big box stores across the US. In addition to hand packaging the butter, this person must also be willing to prepare and complete packaged orders for pick-up and delivery.This is a fun, fast-paced working environment that requires hands-on order fulfillment and willingness to stand 95% of the time.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Assist production manager in all aspects of the butter churning and forming process.
- Perform necessary sanitation procedures; including washing dishes and cleaning of kitchen and butter churn.
- Willingness to handle the physical aspects of the job, working on your feet 98% of the time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Desire to work with a close-knit team and to bring positivity to work every day
