Company description Bramble will be the first-to-market 100% plant-based fresh pet food, sold online direct-to-consumer.  Job description This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the earliest point possible at an exciting, first-to-market startup that is already gaining load of exciting interest from industry leaders and investors. The VP will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the company supply chain from production planning and procurement through to fulfillment of customer orders; 
• Overseeing external vendors, including co-packers, raw material suppliers and other logistics vendors; 
• Creating and implementing systems and processes to successfully deliver against operation targets; 
• Planning, developing and implementing strategies for operational management to meet organizational performance plans and gross margin targets within agreed budgets and deadlines; 
• Establishing and maintaining appropriate processes and dashboards for measuring necessary aspects of business operations; 
• Developing continuous process improvement strategies to drive operations efficiencies and cost savings; 
• Executing the interface between demand and supply planning;
• Developing key financial planning and reporting (forecasting, tracking, and financial and operational analysis)
• Overseeing the operations team and direct reports
