Job description

The Job

It’s going to be fun, challenging, interesting, and certainly busy! This is a full-time position, located at our HQ in NYC. Your tasks will consist of:

  • Coordinating event & catering orders by
    • Working with potential clients to find the perfect solution for their event/party/order
    • Planning catering production and fulfillment details
    • Coordinating catering logistics including orders for shipping, NYC delivery, and in-store pick-up
    • Working with internal design team on custom catering designs & needs
    • Advising on potential new catering offerings, products, and launches
    • Manage all catering inventory and order products as needed
    • Increasing catering business with outreach and sales
  • Working with partners & clients to
    •  Make sure they have the most updated information & product offerings
    • Coordinate with teams to meet objectives and align on marketing goals
    • Check invoices for accuracy & send invoices as needed
    • Alleviate customer service issues as needed
  • Managing, Running & fulfilling ecommerce orders including
    • Planning daily shipments
    • Fulfilling orders daily by packing shipments and putting together pick-up orders
    • Coordinating all product inventory and production planning for perishable items
    • Managing and organizing all shipping accessory inventory and ordering when needed
    • Communicating with vendors, partners, & suppliers as needed
    • Making and assembling all shipping related accessories, packaging, and items needed for daily shipments
    • Reviewing invoices and submitting claims as needed
    •  Receiving and organizing all incoming packaging & supply deliveries
  • Miscellaneous projects and optimization including
    • Launching new products
    • Testing new items
    •  Year to Year and Month to Month sales comparisons
  • Day-to-day general customer service including
    •  Answering phones as needed
    • Responding to general inquiry / catering / ecommerce order emails and questions
    • Managing post-purchase feedback
  • Manage our donation initiatives by
    • Responding to donation requests
    • Managing our budget, goals, and charitable initiatives
    • Coordinating and preparing donations 

You will report directly to our Ecommerce & Marketing Manager and Event & Catering Manager. You will be working with the broader team including design, kitchen production, and our CEO.
