SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend, evenings and holidays as required
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting iCater’s products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The main focus is to help iCater customers meet their needs, while achieving sales and profit goals established by the organization. This position requires occasionally working non-traditional hours (evening, weekends and holidays) in order to successfully meet customers’ needs. This territory includes the Greater Boston area but boundaries are subject to modification.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree in related field (business, sales, marketing, hospitality, culinary arts)
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to read, write, speak English
- Minimum of three (3) years of food services (meals) sales experience

PREFERRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality; or Culinary Arts
- Restaurant management / chef experience
- Experience with and interest in social enterprise and familiarity working with nonprofit agencies and nonprofit run businesses
