ABOUT US (briefly)

• We are a fresh, artisanal, handmade pasta company; currently working out of the commercial kitchen of a small church located in North Atlanta (near I-75 and Mt. Paran Rd).
• We really do make some of the best pasta that many people will ever have. One might even say that it is SO GOOD (see what we did there?). Our ever-changing menu includes a limitless variety of RAVIOLI and NOODLES – in more shapes and sizes than you can imagine.
• We are very active within the local food community, currently operating at THREE local farmers markets per week. And we are expanding to more just as soon as we are able. Many more…
• We are currently working on opening our first brick and mortar store and production facility. 
• And we are going to need some GOOD HELP. This is where you come in…

ABOUT THE JOB (very briefly) Please know that these positions are going to expand and develop quite a bit over time. We assure you. 

• You will learn how to make pasta and fillings from one of Atlanta’s most experienced pasta makers.
• You are then going to make pasta. A lot of it. And if you haven’t made pasta before, we really can’t tell you how much fun it is… Make no mistakes, it’s WORK, but it’s FUN.
• Once you have mastered the basics, you may even have the opportunity to exercise your creativity and develop recipes of your own. 
• There will definitely be some moderate cleaning involved. We hope that you figured that one out on your own.
• These are PART TIME positions. For now… Once our storefront is opened we will definitely have full-time positions available. We understand the importance of staff retention, and it is our sincerest wish that as we grow, our staff will grow with us. 
• While we do have some set days and times for production, we do have to work around the church’s schedule and must occasionally make adjustments to accommodate. 
• Oh, and please, please don’t let the fact we are working out of a church turn you off from this opportunity. It’s Episcopalian, and we love everybody.

• Curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn.
• SOME kitchen experience. We aren’t looking for master chefs, however, having basic knife skills and knowing how to sauté something would be nice.   
• A desire to get involved with the local food community. At the end of the day, that is what SO GOOD PASTA is all about. 
• A sense of humor.
