Production Gardener
This is a seasonal Position, approximately April through October. In this position, you will be responsible for working closely with the garden crew and medicinal plants and are expected to help create, support, and caretake a healthy, respectful, thoughtful, and positive environment for people, plants, and animals.

The Production Gardener’s daily and weekly garden activities are planned in consultation with both the Biodynamic calendar and the weather whenever possible. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: seeding, potting-up, weeding, composting, mulching, transplanting, watering, harvesting medicinal plants, laying out fresh plant material in drying rooms, and bagging-up dried plant material to deliver to the freezer and/or receiving room.
