Connecticut based couple passionate about organic garden-to-table cooking seeks an experienced full time private chef who will oversee meals at the couples' residences domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term commitment, will have private chef experience and at least 5-7 years fine dining and cooking experience in kitchen with a farm-to-table philosophy. With a great positive attitude and passion for healthy, organic cooking, the chef will generally cook five days a week at the couple's CT residence and be required to travel to their homes in Napa, CA and Bordeaux, France throughout the year. Chef should be able to seamlessly execute a range of cooking from healthy, organic meals for two to multi-course dinner parties, and occasionally catering larger dinner parties. Couple has organic vegetable garden and seeks a passionate chef whose cooking style and philosophy is in sync with their healthy lifestyle. Must be willing to travel for long or short periods of time (1 week to 2 months at a time) and be flexible with couple’s travel schedule. Verifiable references and passing background checks will be required.
