POSITION DESCRIPTION
We’re currently recruiting an experienced farmer to manage micro-farm operations in several neighborhoods in Boulder. The farm manager will work with other members of the Boundless team to tend to, plant, harvest from, and maintain 30-40 micro-farms and one larger 1-acre plot in Boulder. We seek a friendly, detail-oriented, highly-skilled individual who has experience in leading teams, managing farm operations, and performing tasks ranging from planting to harvesting.
The farm manager will manage a team of teen apprentice farmers, teaching them regenerative farming techniques, harvesting with them, and empowering them. Because the farm manager will perform these tasks in addition to training and educating teens and young adults, we are looking for an individual with deep knowledge, passion, and experience in the field. The farm manager will also help manage adult farm laborers, college-age interns, and graduate-student fellows. This is a fast-paced, full-time position during the growing season (starting immediately and working through October 31).

-
assist with food distribution programs, including CEA (homeowner shares), farmstand, wholesale, and donation programs;
-
