Be a leader--be innovative--work hard and help us grow our business!! We are looking for a professional, hard working candidate to take "ownership" of our kitchen and cafe' business. The ideal candidate will work with the Manager to create a farm-to table menu for breakfast and lunch. You will be sourcing and partnering with local farms and vendors. The lead cook is responsible for controlling inventory and waste; while communicating purchasing needs.
