We are a sustainable, farm to fork inspired establishment focused on a modern presentation of the classic French culinary traditions.  Job description Line cooks: Ideal candidates for cooks at Chez Hugo will be individuals who are interested in working in a scratch kitchen utilizing primarily local ingredients with knowledge of wood-fire grilling techniques and French cooking basics. Kitchen team members will be responsible for setting up stations for service and executing the menu demonstrated by the owner and management team.
