Chez Hugo Bistro, is looking for experienced, dynamic, and professional individuals to join our kitchen team! We are a sustainable, farm to fork inspired establishment focused on a modern presentation of the classic French culinary traditions.
Line cooks: Ideal candidates for cooks at Chez Hugo will be individuals who are interested in working in a scratch kitchen utilizing primarily local ingredients with knowledge of wood-fire grilling techniques and French cooking basics. Kitchen team members will be responsible for setting up stations for service and executing the menu demonstrated by the owner and management team.Applicants must have a polished understanding of restaurant kitchen standards with an eagerness to learn and develop within our concept.
