The Regional Director of Operations is a rewarding opportunity for an entrepreneurial, energetic and proactive leader who is always looking for a better way to deliver superior customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The region-wide Director of Operations oversees all of our accounts in New York and New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for forming and maintaining client relationships, ensuring execution of daily service and special programs at the school level, managing market-wide profits and losses, and leading business development initiatives.

This includes, but is not limited to, service operations, food safety, quality and inventory control, training/recruitment/supervision, positive employee relations, waste management and superb oral and written day-to-day communication with the management team and current or potential clients. We’re looking for someone who can balance big-picture analytics and fiscal responsibility and execute our model to align with Genuine Foods’ mission and business goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader, with multi-unit management and culinary experience who is eager to bring their expertise to bear, enjoys the start-up environment and is hungry to be part of a growing business.
