Job description Broad Arrow Farm seeks an experienced professional to manage all aspects of its distribution, including managing an on-farm, specialty food market and relationships with wholesale customers. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience in specialty food retail, managing relationships with vendors, and ordering, handling, stocking and displaying produce, fresh and frozen meat, dairy products, and merchandise. Additionally, the candidate has extensive experience with POS software and hardware, barcoding, inventory management, and appropriate retail applications including online stores. Candidate also will be responsible for promoting the market, kitchen and farm activities via social media.
