We are based in cobble hill, brooklyn and operate a café five days per week, while also offering catering for a wide range of events.

Please check out our instagram + our website for established aesthetic. Job description We are looking for an experienced pastry cook to help us grow and build our pastry department back up. A sampling of our day to day tasks include:
- Executing AM bake off for cafe counter
- Making + baking cakes, loaves, bundts, cookies, bars, scones, biscuits, etc.
- Measuring out ingredients for recipes
- Scooping cookie dough
- Breaking down produce
- Receiving, checking, and putting away orders
The right candidate will:
- Have previous professional pastry experience
- Work independently without supervision (this is a must!)
- Follow directions well
- Check in and ask questions as needed
- Execute Poppy's aesthetic and confirm with Executive Pastry Chef
- Work cleanly + quickly
- Work as a team player
