Production Team Supervision

Scheduling Production Team working hours based on production needs. Assigning production roles to team members as needed to meet production goals. Gathering data to project staffing needs. Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring additional staff as needed.

 

Product Production - Labeling, Blending, Packaging, Kitting

Assisting as needed with package labelling, blending, packaging, and kitting as needed. This is often needed to augment Production Team capacity and assist in training and/or relieving production bottlenecks.

 

Inventory Management

Updating and auditing systems that track current and projected inventory of dozens of ingredients. Responsible for minimizing inventory while keeping short lead times for projected demand. Works closely with analytics, supply chain, and purchasing.

 

Freight

Coordinating with freight companies for freight being shipped to Flavor Purveyor’s space and finished products being shipped out, including palletizing casepacks, preparing BOLs, auditing materials received, and coordinating pickup times when shipping out.

 

Reporting

Documenting pre and post-operational and cleaning checklists, shift analytics, and inventory reports. Record any compliance information such as batch and lot number details.

 

Housekeeping, Food Safety & Health

Keep the production space generally clean and organized. Responsible for enforcing health and safety policies around both food safety and additional COVID-19 precautions.

  • Passion for tea, boba, and/or spices
