Our production practices are based upon improving soil health and increasing the wildlife and biodiversity of the farm. These methods are at the heart of our farm and we're excited to be experimenting more in this area each season.
This is our 4th year in business and we are steadily expanding and working towards creating a full diet farm which will include agroforestry, grains, legumes and pulse production, poultry and meat along with fresh produce and flowers.
Diverse, small scale, commercial farms of this sort are relatively sparse in the UK and we are excited to be one of the few businesses in the country working in this way and supplying our customers directly.
This is a new role on the farm with all management previously being done by the owner. As our farm has expanded, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of commercial growing experience to take on some of the operational managerial tasks in addition to being very hands on. We are looking for an honest, hard working, dedicated farmer who is excited about regenerative agriculture systems and high quality, interesting produce.

Oversee some of the administrative duties of running a small business such as; data collection, ordering, stock control, health and safety.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained to the highest levels and that the farm stays safe, clean, and organized
Management of a team of seasonal employees and volunteers: interviewing, scheduling and farm orientation
Infrastructure projects- putting up poly tunnels, and basic carpentry, irrigation instillation and management
Tractor operations and maintenance
