Our production practices are based upon improving soil health and increasing the wildlife and biodiversity of the farm. These methods are at the heart of our farm and we're excited to be experimenting more in this area each season.
This is our 4th year in business and we are steadily expanding and working towards creating a full diet farm which will include agroforestry, grains, legumes and pulse production, poultry and meat along with fresh produce and flowers.
Diverse, small scale, commercial farms of this sort are relatively sparse in the UK and we are excited to be one of the few businesses in the country working in this way and supplying our customers directly.

Management of a team of seasonal employees and volunteers: interviewing, scheduling and farm orientation
