We also operate an on-farm store with produce from about 50 other local & sustainable farms. We are passionate about good farming practices and a holistic approach to livestock management, and we strive to be better farmers every day.
We are looking for a competent, confident and hard-working individual to join our team and help us grow more food for people. This is a full-time, year round position; hours could average between 40-50 during the grazing season and 30-40 from Dec-April. Duties will vary depending on the person & the day but could include milking cows, jarring & delivering milk, maintaining the store, grass management for cows & heifers, daily pig & chicken chores, processing chickens, construction/ infrastructure projects, tractor work, and sundry other tasks. Pay is commensurate with experience. Significant dairy farming experience is required.
