Field Goods is looking for a community coordinator.
As an extension of our team, this individual will lead the growth of our online community by being the voice of Field Goods. You will be charged with reviewing our accounts on social media, proactively seeking out like-minded brands to engage with and drive conversations with our customers/fans across networks. This is a great role for someone who considers themselves media-savvy and enjoys spending time in the worlds of FB, IG, and Pinterest. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online conversations with our community.
This position will report to the Director of Marketing and Logistics Director and will work very closely with the CEO, COO, and other marketing contractors charged with building and overseeing the implementation of the marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Review of social media platforms multiple times a day seven days a week responding to customers/partners, engaging with customers/partners and seeking out engagement with the FG brands across platforms
- Execute social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Participate in online events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, and partners
Commitment:
- The hourly commitment would range between 4-6 hours daily, 7 days a week
