Daily responsibilities may include:
weighing and mixing
maintaining ingredient inventory
maintaining a clean and safe facility
baking cookies and pastries for retail sale
delivering product to wholesale customers
In addition to baking responsibilities, this role will also support our prepared food program with prep, packaging, cleaning etc, as time allows.
Candidate must be detail oriented and reliable with a passion for baking and must share our high standards for the final product.
Candidate must be willing to work mornings and weekends, but this is not a position requiring overnight or early AM hours. Workdays will likely start between 9 and 11 am and end by early evening. We are currently seeking a 3 to 4 day a week commitment, but the right candidate could easily make this into a full time position if their skills allow.
