Company description Hi! Grained is a fast casual healthy sandwich shop. It could be thought of as a place you can get a sandwich that you could eat after going to the gym, so no weird ingredients, no white bread, and nothing oily or buttery. We are starting as a pickup/delivery only place where will we operate out of an already established restaurant on the upper east side in manhattan. Job description Running kitchen operations, prepping, handling incoming orders, training/cooking. 

I am looking for a chef who loves to find the balance between healthy and tasty foods, to run the kitchen operations. As we start, volume will probably be low so im looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and maybe take some sort of ownership equity in being an integral piece of the team to help us grow.
