Copiana is an urban farming service that brings local food to people and places you never thought possible before. Located in Atlanta, we were founded in 2018 as an answer to sustainable farming on commercial properties. We use vertical aeroponic technology to grow up rather than out and can grow a variety of lettuces, hearty greens, herbs, and fruiting plants using only 10% of the land and water of traditional farming.

An integral part of our operation is the team that cares for the towers and the produce. We are excited to offer on the job training because we know aeroponic systems, and our business model is revolutionary!

Primary responsibilities include:

• Cleaning, assembling, and maintaining the tower systems
• Planting, maintaining, and operating the seedling operation
• Pest management using organic, natural solutions and beneficial insects
• Harvesting produce and delivering it to the harvest team

Requirements:

• Ability to work outside in the summer heat and winter cold, this means arriving on time is essential to working safely.
• Capable of lifting 50lbs, as physical labor is part of our daily routine
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• High school diploma
• Valid Drivers License
• Due to the nature of the position, we cannot accept applicants that are color-blind
