Job description

The Customer Experience Specialist will report to the Customer Experience Manager. The CX team is responsible for all social media messages and comment responses, inbound customer emails and Amazon messages, text messages, reviews, and any other customer communications.

In this role, you have the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of Fat Snax, provide an exceptional customer experience, and build up other skills in analytics, sales, copywriting, community management and more.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, SMS, and social media channels

  • Maintain a high satisfaction rating while hitting daily targets of customer responses

  • Infuse marketing tactics into your role to boost sales revenue and decrease churn

  • Brainstorm and implement new ways to engage customers and delight them in every touchpoint they

    have with the Fat Snax brand

  • Be an expert on all of our products and offerings to ensure thorough and clear communication

  • Create language and establish workflows to increase efficiency for the team

  • Identify and report QA issues to internal teams

  • Provide marketing department with fun content from CX interactions

  • Moderate our community with opportunities to write blog posts
