1. Safety & Compliance of food manufacturing 
2. Production scheduling 
3.  Materials Procurement 
3. Oversight and hands-on Production execution 
4. Maintain HACCP records 
5. Oversee fulfillment of orders 
5. Inventory oversight 

KNOWLEDGE: 
Food manufacturing and supervisory skills and/or a willingness to learn a new skill set.  
 

REQUIREMENTS:
Better Process Control School (BPCS) Certification for acidified foods- may be taken online through the University of Georgia
