Seasonal Full Time and/or Part-Time, weekdays and weekends. 
 

Chelsea Market Baskets Mail Order is an online and catalog shop that sells specialty food gift baskets and specialty foods. During the holiday season, we expand our team to make sure that all of our customers are taken care of and we are providing them with individual attention.


We are looking for high energy, enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our growing team! The Sales Representative will take inbound calls from customers to sell Specialty food and Gift Baskets. Seeking a creative individual with excellent communication, telephone and computer skills with the ability to multitask and quickly build rapport with customers. You will listen actively to the customer, provide knowledge of products and services offered and build value in our products to overcome the objections of the customers.  The ideal candidate is someone who is highly detail-oriented and can problem-solve on the fly. You are personable, empathetic, communicative, organized, collaborative and enjoy learning as much as possible. And, of course, you are passionate about food!

  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
  • Manage inbound inquiries and set up calls between the Corporate Sales Manager and the client
  • Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to upload orders efficiently and collect payment 


Compensation is commensurate with experience and begins at $14.00+

Hours: Must be flexible part-time and full-time opportunities (evenings and weekends)
