Our bakery is growing quickly (rapidly) and we are looking to hire a baker and pastry chef for full-time salaried positions. The bakery is a fast-paced environment and we are seeking individuals who are motivated self-starters, organized thinkers and problem solvers, who enjoy working in a team environment and have no problem waking up before the sun.

Pastry Chef
This is a lead position heading up the Breadfolks pastry lamination department. This is a detail oriented job.  Skill sets: deep knowledge of lamination and pastry, organized thinker, detail oriented, able to execute a production schedule and run a team. We are looking for an individual who can bring ideas and creativity to the table. Love of butter and all things laminated essential. Professional experience necessary.

Bread Baker
Full-time experienced bread baker who knows the way around a bakery/kitchen.  Scaling, mixing, shaping and oven operation expertise a must. Love of great bread essential. Professional baking experience necessary.

Our bakery is energetic and inspiring and great music is always playing. And did we mention a La Marzocco 10 feet away from the deck oven? Boom!
