We're hiring!
We are looking for a young talented field agent for training and store monitoring. 50% position for 6 months to a portion that can grow permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and knowledge share to customers and partners.
- Store monitoring including fluid work with restaurants’ workers from high-level managers all the way to cookers and drivers.
- Interacting with customers using multiple support channels (phone, email, chat, CRM)
- Manage support escalations
- Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant tiers
- Create technical bulletins to expand the knowledge base for handling support issues.
