FINE & RAW is a growing artisan chocolate company founded in 2007. Our current chocolate factory is in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We source our ingredients from the best farms around the world and put a ton of love into producing next-level chocolate products. We take what we do very seriously but we try not to take ourselves too seriously. Our clients range from Whole Foods to Ralph Lauren to cheese shops to local artists.

We are a small and passionate team! We're looking for someone who shares our curiosity and excitement for start-up culture and drive for growing a business. Your main role in this team will be making chocolate and order fulfillment.

Job description Main RESPONSIBILITIES:

Being part of the production team which would include:

- making chocolate out of cocoa beans
- making chocolate bars, truffles, confections and spreads

Being part of the fulfillment team which would include:
- putting chocolate orders together.
- shipping chocolate orders.



Ensuring product quality and safety.
Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm for new projects and R&D.
