Company description 167 Hospitality is a seafood concept driven restaurant group.  Locations in Nantucket and Charleston, 167 is a fast growing company with multiple entities including raw oyster bar, catering, food truck, and gourmet market.  Currently, 167 is constructing a sushi bar in Charleston, SC that is projected to open late winter of 2021. Job description 167 is seeking a sushi chef with innovative ideas and flavors to match our style.  Will be working in a small culinary team, and collaborating with other lead chefs.
Will be working with various seafood products, must posses knowledge and skill of fish butchery.
