The garden has an 8 foot tall deer fence, soil suitable for farming, irrigation (well), a high tunnel, greenhouse, shed/wash station, and storage shed. A full range of equipment including a tiller, tractor, compost tea brewer, backpack sprayer, hand tools, refrigerator, greenhouse, irrigation supplies, etc. Several opportunities for customers include a farmers market in Madison as well as several restaurants in Atlanta. The farm manager must be self-motivated to carry out all aspects of crop production from ordering seeds to harvesting/processing crops to delivering produce to restaurants. The farm manager would need to be able to keep very precise growing and financial records, have responsibility  for scheduling of planting, plant selection, pest management, fertilization, prepare and deliver produce to markets, maintain a presence online and continue marketing for new outlets for produce.
