We do this by bringing together diverse groups of people, with a focus on youth development, to establish community gardens, urban agriculture and community green spaces. We strive to develop and beautify urban sites and empower community members of all ages and abilities. Job description VINES is looking for a dynamic person who enjoys a fast-paced job with an important mission: making locally grown produce affordable and accessible to 200+ households per year. The Farm Share Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Farm Share program, including but not limited to: marketing and promotion, account maintenance and billing, customer service and support, weekly orders from farms, overseeing distribution logistics, supervision and recruitment of volunteers, AmeriCorps Members and Interns, and grant writing and reporting. This is part time, non-exempt position with 20 hours per week during January- March, 30-35 hours per week during April – October, and 20 hours per week November – December. This position may become a full time, non-exempt position in the fall of 2021.
