Company description Our bakery, Hemstrought's is a 100 year old icon in a city undergoing a new renaissance with a major medical center downtown Utica, NY.  This year Hemstrought's received an award as the best-in class product for it's Original Halfmoon Cookies and New York State Senate awarded a Proclamation for all the new things we are doing with Hemstrought's and the Artisanal Premium Cheese brand we relocated to Utica from NYC.   Job description Hemstrought's is an iconic 100 year bakery that exploding with interest locally and nationwide with older customers reliving nostalgic experiences and new customers loving the experiences we are delivering.  Each month we roll-out new products, develop our online following and work on our Q2 plan to reimage the location in Utica to create a true food destination in a great foodie city for sure.
