Wild Flour Bread in Freestone is looking to hire a Scone Maker to join our crew Duties include menu planning , all prep, HAND mixing, and baking. Our scones and GF scones, made with coconut milk or organic cream are top quality. As such, we need someone who works meticulously, but also quickly because we produce between 700 and 1000 scones per day. We are looking for a person(s) is passionate about food and would love planning menus. Must be able to stand for full shift and lift 50lbs. Applicant must have no preexisting medical issues. Full range of motion required in arms, wrists, hands and shoulders. We require at least a one year commitment without need for time off. You should have at least one year food experience with knife skills and an understanding of a fast paced food establishment.

Position(s) begins Jan 21 2021 Hours: 4:30 am to 12:30pm Friday thru Sunday plus holiday Mondays. Tues, Wed, Thurs prep days split between team. Positions are full time. Compensation: Min $20/hr per hour , depending on experience plus two weeks paid vacation in January.
