Is culinary training or work history is required?

We care more about who you are, how you work, and your ability to help us consistently and persistently make amazing pasta.
This position will start as part-time and will evolve as the business grows.
You must have good attention to detail, be able to communicate easily in English, and have the heart for being a part of a team that will grow into something very big.
A car is not necessary but you must have the ability to get to and from the kitchen on time and without issue.
You must also be able to lift at least 40 lbs safely, work on your feet for at least 6 to 8 hours, and legally be able to work in the US.
