Customer Service:
- Respond to all inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, etc.
- Answer all customer service requests and inquiries in a timely and friendly fashion
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage, maintain and organize multiple email accounts effectively and efficiently

Custom Sales Support:

- Assist sales team with inbound custom order inquiries
- Work with team to coordinate all aspects of custom orders and maintain master database
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage, maintain and organize multiple email accounts effectively and efficiently
- Facilitate sending out product samples, as needed
- Coordinate sample shipments as needed
- Work with production manager to prepare daily shipments
Wholesale Sales Support:
- Respond to all wholesale inquiries via phone and email in a timely and friendly manner
Wholesale Sales Support:

- Process all orders from start to finish via existing online systems
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all wholesale accounts
Outbound Sales Support:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all wholesale accounts

- Develop creative strategies to grow sales lead lists from existing resources
- Maintain an organized system of tracking leads
