Job descriptionOur busy and fast-growing catering company needs a reliable, super-organized and highly detail-oriented Office Manager who understands follow up and follow through. The ideal candidate is able to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, time management and leadership. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing processes, streamlining administrative and kitchen procedures, working with our events team, some staff supervision, as well as assisting with admin work related to our home delivery. This position includes advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Billing
Weekly financial reporting
Payroll
Capturing and creating client catering orders
Developing processes
Improvements of existing processes
Work with marketing on home delivery ChowNow updates
Capture and process home delivery client orders for holiday specials
Some training and scheduling of FOH staff
Intake of all new employees and independent contractors
Vendor communication
Maintaining stock of office and kitchen supplies
Qualifications and skills
