Kitchen and general baking experience is necessary and must be a quick learner and able to work effectively under pressure.
Responsible for prepping, cooking & assembling a variety of food products & meals.
Must be an effective trainer and supervisor over other kitchen positions.
Must be passionate about food and bring creativity to the menu while collaborating with other team members.
Possesses complete understanding of the Origin menu.
Complies with all applicable sanitation, health & personal hygiene standards and personal presentation
Completes all service tasks in a timely manner to ensure efficiency during peak and off-peak times
Preps for service and keep the work area clean and organized Performs general cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up work area, emptying garbage bins Effectively washes pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and glasses; maintains neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas.
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess critical thinking skills
Attention to detail, punctual, critical thinking skills, self starter and motivation are all required qualities.
Positive attitude, fun disposition, and willingness to learn new things are the qualities that will distinguish a great candidate from a good one.
