As the kitchen manage, your role will primarily be head chef during service with line cooks and a dishwasher working under your direction. Clear communication, working well under pressure, good organization skills, and maintaining a fun, lighthearted work environment are essential.
Other responsibilities include : oversight of daily operational tasks, maintaining ServSafe/HACCP level cleanliness, creating weekly specials, organizing catering orders, being attentive and adaptive to running a covid-safe business. To be continuously working with management as we rebuild Day by Day to be stronger and better than ever.
Position responsibilities will also include cooking for catering events. cooking operations will remain on premises and will not require travel to other facilities.
