Manicaretti is seeking a full-time Warehouse Specialist that will be based in our new warehouse in Brisbane, CA (South Bay). Our ideal candidate for this position is extremely detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and efficient, as well as friendly, kind, and helpful. We are looking for a reliable professional that can keep our business growing smoothly. Passion for food a plus! 

RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 

• Manages pick ticket orders  
• Ensures orders are accurate  
• Stages and palletizes items correctly for delivery  
• Operates warehouse equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed  
• Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch  
• Monitors stock control systems and processes specific orders  
• Ensures warehouse goals are met  
• Maintains a high level of warehouse cleanliness and safety standards  
• Shrink wraps products to pallets  
• Load & unload delivery vehicles  
• Packs warehouse orders as necessary  
• Operates scanners so the proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately  
• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES: 

• Ability to timely and accurately pick orders; meticulous attention to detail required, 99% accuracy expected 
• Must be comfortable with redundant work, with orders that range from easy to complex and challenging 
• Strong interpersonal and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills 
• Must be friendly, engaged, and work well with others, including colleagues and customers to achieve common goals. 
• Strong ability to work independently, plan, prioritize, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple tasks 
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing customer requests and requirements 
• Willing to learn with a can-do attitude 
• Ability to repetitively lift 50 lb boxes 
• Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required. 
• Enjoy and embrace a diverse variety of job duties and responsibilities 

Position is full time 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, M-F
