V Smiley Preserves makes honey sweetened preserves in Vermont. We love fruit, farmers and big, juicy spoonfuls of flavor. V Smiley Preserves specializes in intricate textured flavors, making no-added pectin preserves and investing in our local foodshed, supporting organic growing practices and making the country’s only nationally available honey sweetened preserves. We have created a new category of preserving, discovering all that is possible with just fruit and honey. The company took home Good Food Awards in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Our currents goals involve transitioning from a 50/50 mix of wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales to majority direct-to-consumer sales while resolutely sticking to our handmade, slow food process of preserving in small batches.

This position works collaboratively with the Production Lead. These two positions support each other with each role having a crucial focus of work. The Fulfillment Lead’s focus is warehouse operations. Warehouse operations include labeling, inventory, shipping, website updates, and customer care/communications for e-commerce sales. The Fulfillment Lead is trained in production to backup Production Lead as needed. This job spans from cutting fruit, stirring pots to working on the computer and packing 2 – 48 lb. boxes of jam.
