Hello from the team behind John Brown General and Butchery! We're opening a full service restaurant and bar with a retail butchery shop attached in Remington in early summer.
First and foremost we're building a neighborhood spot with copious outside seating and commons, lively inside dining, and a vibrant bar. We're committed to offering our guests the best in product and execution, minus any fussiness or pretension.
That's where you come in! We're looking for the right person to join the creative and management team of this project on the ground floor. The person we bring aboard will have the opportunity to design and build a bar program from the ground up, with the collaboration and support of the owner and director of operations.
The successful candidate will have the vision and drive to curate the opening back bar, write seasonal cocktail menus, build and lead a thriving bar team, and smoothly execute service. The bar manager will be responsible for the financial performance of the bar as well as maintaining inventory and reporting systems.
