Meat Cutter/Butchers - We will train! 

Position starts at $16.25 per hour with no experience and can earn $20+ as you progress through our level system.

What you will learn:

Breaking down a full carcass to individual portions is an art form, requiring skill and a strong attention to detail. Our team fabricates whole carcasses of beef and pork into primal, sub primal, and retail ready specifications.

What skills you must possess:

• The ability to listen and follow directions.
• Basic knowledge of math, weights, and measures.
• A good attitude towards continuous improvements of food safety systems.
• The ability to follow general food safety practices (GMP’s, HACCP system)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

The use hands and arms constantly.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 60 pounds.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, 40 degree temperature, and wet floor conditions.
