DONA is looking for a creative and passionate person to lead our communications department. This is a new position, developed with the idea of bringing more authenticity, transparency and passion to our brand. This person will be able to communicate creatively about our operating philosophy and brand ethos. The work will include managing all written communications, as well as in-person events.
Experience is not mandatory. We’re looking for someone with very strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The right candidate will bring passion & excitement to our brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to join a fast growing startup.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing weekly newsletters
- Creating biweekly blog content
- Writing social media copy
- Conducting interviews with people in our community such as farmers, coffee shop owners, spice importers, etc.
- Creating quarterly ad campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Plan & manage events
