We are seeking passionate, self-starting, and curious individuals excited by the challenge of providing the highest quality service within a new business, contributing positively to
our company culture, and providing intimate daily experiences for our guests. All front of house positions are available - servers, support, baristas, and bartenders. PT/FT Daytime and PM shifts available.
RESPONSIBILITIES + REQUIREMENTS
-Communicates with warmth, energy and sincerity
-Treats guests and team members with courtesy and respect
-Goes above and beyond to provide the highest-quality hospitality experiences
-Passion for food, hospitality, the arts, and guest experience.
-Maintain the cleanliness, organization and efficiency of dining areas
-Collaborative by nature, team oriented
-Open availability inclusive of weekends and holidays
EXPERIENCE
-Experience working in hospitality, food service, sales / customer service
-Experience with coffee and espresso - we are willing to train the right individual
COMPENSATION
-Competitive hourly beginning at $12.50/hr, based on experience, plus tip
-Cross-property dining discounts
-Family Meals
-Full-time employees have the option of enrolling in our insurance plan. Compensation this position is : hourly, varies DOE, $12.50 - $15.00 Application instructions
