Job description Our shared vision and common goal is to offer genuine hospitality to our guests, garner relationships and maintain our restaurants not only as neighborhood gems, but also as Greenwich Village destinations where our guests can be confident that their experiences are sure to be exceptional. Our ideal candidate will be able to execute and oversee scaled down fine dining technique in a bustling, busy atmosphere.

At this time we are looking for the ultimate team player who will help to maintain a safe and healthy work environment and who can think outside of the box.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain the highest standards of food quality.
Supervise and direct food preparation and production.
Motivate and inspire the team.
Bring creative ideas to the conversation.

Job Requirements:

Strong culinary skills and an upbeat personality.
Friendly and passionate about food, wine and the guest experience.
At least 2 years of NYC restaurant experience preferred.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
