We are looking for passionate and energetic production bakers to join our team on a full time basis. We are a small batch gluten free bakery that provides delicious all natural baked goods to restaurants, coffee shops and private clients within the NYC area. Our location is in the Falchi Building in Long Island City Queens which is super close to Brooklyn and Manhattan by ways of the 7, E, and G trains! The ideal candidate must take great pride in their work, have the ability to multitask and work well with others. Daily responsibilities include baking, bakery organization and general clean up.

• Qualifications:

• Must have cake decorating skills
• 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery setting.
• Knowledge of health hazards in food preparation and service -Food Handlers Certificate (or immediate willingness to obtain it)
• Ability to work early mornings 5am-noon (when it gets busy possibly working a weekend day during busy season)
• Ability to execute recipes consistently
• Must be reliable, professional and team oriented.
• Organized, good time management skills.
• Occasional moderate to heavy lifting (10 - 50lbs) and carrying
• Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts diploma is a plus, but not required.
